Lynne Muller, PhD, LCPC, Senior Associate is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and a state approved LCPC supervisor in the State of Maryland where she has worked full time as a school counselor at every level, supervisor of school counseling, and coordinator of school counseling in a large urban/suburban school system. Her work has been extended to the State Department of Education where she works as a contractual employee in student support services. In addition, she has taught in the Masters in School Counseling programs at Loyola University of Maryland, the Johns Hopkins University, and McDaniel and Stevenson Colleges. Lynne has offered training to local and national organizations in areas such as children of divorce; handling change; traumatic loss; group counseling; counseling gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth; and understanding the effects of racism and white privilege on the success of students. Her publications include professional journal articles on topics related to school counseling. Dr. Muller holds a Ph.D. from the Union Graduate School. Her interests lie in the professional development, training and supervision of school counselors and other clinicians.
