This full-day workshop contains a brief review of the theories and practices of spiritual leaders and clinicians who in the past have helped people understand their dreams.  It focuses on how counselors and social workers can help clients to better understand themselves through their dreams and act in more fulfilling and positive ways.  This workshop includes Jungian techniques such as keeping a record of dreams and Gestalt techniques that enable clients to “live” parts of their dreams
