Lee J Richmond is a licensed psychologist in the State of Maryland where she has worked full time as Professor and director, most recently at Loyola University Maryland. Additionally, she has been a human resources consultant and leadership development trainer for several national and international corporations including the United States Postal Service, and Recurit Ltd. Japan. Her work as co-editor of “Connections Between Spirit and Work:” co-author of “ Soulwork: How to find the work you love: How to love the work you have”, and of “ What brings you to life: Awakening Women’s’ spiritual essence,” along with her ten published book chapters, two monographs, more than sixty journal articles and over one hundred presentation at state, national and international conferences has identified her both in education and in corporate circles as an expert in the areas of counseling women, and spirituality and career development. Dr. Richmond’s teaching, writing, and her professional and public presentations demonstrate that her interests extend to school counseling, multicultural counseling, and the use of creative techniques in counseling and psychotherapy. A fellow and past president of both the National Career Development Association, and the American and Counselling Association, she has been awarded the Distinguished Senior Contributor Award of the Division of Counseling Psychology of the American Psychological Association and The Eminent Career Award of the NCDA.
